A Visit Built Around Experience, Not Slides

Rather than opening with a presentation, we invited our guests to experience the products first-hand. The delegation toured our showroom and fragrance library, operating the units themselves — adjusting mist output, running the timers, comparing diffusion technologies. Two models drew the most sustained attention.

The Square Wall-Mounted Diffuser targets commercial and project applications where floor and counter space carry a premium. Its clean square silhouette and matte finish are designed to sit discreetly in hotel corridors, offices, retail stores and washrooms. Mounted on the wall and lockable, it uses waterless cold-air nano-mist diffusion — no heat, no water, no residue — to distribute scent evenly across up to 60 m², with programmable scheduling and quiet performance suited to around-the-clock operation.

What convinced them was not a single feature but the fit. The multi-scenario diffuser gives them a strong answer for retail and e-commerce, while the wall-mounted model opens the door to hotel and commercial project tenders. Two products, two channels, one supplier. They ran both units side by side, checking coverage, noise and scent throw in real time — and that is when the conversation shifted from whether to how soon.

A Parting Gift of Chinese Agarwood

Before our guests left for the airport, our General Manager presented each of them with a bottle of Chinese agarwood (chen xiang) essential oil — among the rarest and most revered materials in Chinese scent culture.

Agarwood is not harvested like an ordinary plant. It forms slowly, over years, inside the Aquilaria tree: when the wood is wounded, the tree responds by producing a dark, resin-rich heartwood. For more than a thousand years it has been counted among China's "four great fragrances" — agarwood, sandalwood, ambergris and musk — prized in imperial courts, tea rooms and classical poetry for a scent that is quiet, deep and long-lasting rather than loud.

The delegation accepted the gift with visible appreciation, noting that they would keep it in their office as a reminder of the trip and share the story with their team back. A business trip ended, and a relationship began.
