Recently, the "Refreshing Journey: Aromatherapy Experience Salon," jointly hosted by Guangzhou Haoyue Aromatherapy and the Guangzhou Psychological Counseling Association, warmly opened at the association’s event space. The event invited aromatherapy instructor Zhou Yunjin (Maria) to lead participants through an immersive experience that blended the natural energy of essential oils with mindfulness techniques from psychological counseling, offering therapists and psychology enthusiasts alike a deeply relaxing journey for mind and body.

At the venue, long tables were thoughtfully arranged with professional essential oils, diffuser wood bases, blending tools, and handmade botanical materials provided by Haoyue Aromatherapy. Subtle, natural fragrances gently filled the air. Under Maria’s guidance, attendees began with a 5–8 minute "Aromatic Relaxation Meditation," using breath and scent to gradually calm their nervous systems. They then shared personal reflections on the connection between scents and emotions, followed by hands-on experiences exploring how different plant-based essential oils gently support emotional well-being.
